Mardan.Com Cricket Club
As part of our ongoing work, Mardan.com is pleased to bring you some more good news.
A meeting was held in Hoti on the 17th of May 2006 to form a Cricket Club, called Mardan.com Cricket Club (M.CCC). It will work together with local cricket organisations for the development of cricket in Mardan.It will look into the development of new sports grounds in Mardan. It will encourage players to participate in competitive games.It will look for new talent and will introduce new players.It will promote cricket at school levels.The ultimate aim is to prepare players who will represent Mardan at international level.
The initial team is very much local but gradually it will get players from all areas of Mardan. The team will take part in competitive matches and later on M.CCC will sponsor major tournaments in Mardan.
Mardan.com Cricket Club Team: Izhar Khan (captain),Syed Mustafa,Akif Amir,Yaseen Khan,Fawad khan,Pukhtoon Yar Khan (wicket keeper),Amir Khan,Naseeb Zada,Alam Zeb Khan,Zakaria Bacha,Imran Ali,Majid Ali,Bilal Shah and Miskeen Khan
Shafiq Khan is the coach of the team and Muhammad Amin Khan will be the adviser of Mardan.com Cricket Club. Any interested party or individual can become a member of the club.
Objectives:
This is a private cricket club affiliated with the organization called Mardan Information and Advice centre and also with Mardan.com.
It will work for the development of cricket in Mardan
It will look into the development of new sports grounds in Mardan
It will encourage players to participate in competitive games
It will look for new talent and will introduce new players
It will promote cricket at school levels
The ultimate aim is to prepare players who will represent Mardan at international level.

Will be open to share holders
Membership:
Any interested party or individual can become a member of the club. Terms and conditions apply. Initial membership fee is one thousand rupees (Rs1000) and members will pay yearly renewal fee.
Office:
1.47, Cantt Plaza, Cantt Mardan, NWFP, Pakistan
Organisation:
It will have an executive committee for making decisions. The day to day activities will be run by the secretary of the club.
Logo:
There will be a logo of m.ccc which will show on the caps, shirts and other relevant things of the club.
Cricket Clothing and Uniform:The logos will de displayed. The player’s name shown on the back of the shirt.
Cricket Kit: The club will have a common kit. But players will be encouraged to keep their own kits.
Team:
Senior Team:
Players will be picked on the basis of performance and their commitment to the club.
Junior Team:
Young teams of players of different age groups. Parents of the children will be asked to come and support their children.
Coach:
An enthusiastic coach who can be a player as well as a coach.
Captain:
Appointed by the executive committee.
Matches and Tournament:
The club will participate in local tournaments. It will raise money to bear traveling and refreshment expenses.
Prizes:
The club will arrange tournaments on behalf of Mardan.com and may distribute prizes and medals.
Prizes won by the club’s individual players will be the property of the club. All prizes will come into a common pool. This may be a cash money pool or trophies and medals.
Behavior of the Team:
An excellent behavior will be expected from the players. After all it is a sport and the club shall have the qualities of sportsmanship.
